Service Description
Services for children, adolescents, and adults in the community. Development of a recovery plan, access to community resources for somatic care and substance use programs, as well as medication management are integrated into this program. Hours: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday: 8a-6p, Tuesday: 8a-8p, Friday: 8a-5p *Closed on some holidays*
