Service Description
Peer support and advocacy program for young adults ages 18-25 addressing mental health, co-occurring disorders, substance use disorders, and loneliness/helplessness. Staff provide one-on-one peer support, help developing a personal Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), and assistance connecting to housing, education, employment, transportation, and entitlement services. Serves Allegany, Garrett, and Washington Counties at no cost.
