Service Description
A program to support individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders to achieve maximum mental and physical health through community integration and independence in the least restrictive environment possible. House hours vary by intensity level: 40 hour per week, 24/7 both available. Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am – 4:30pm *Closed on some holidays*
