Service Description
Services for adults living with mental illness that includes ongoing psychiatric care and medication management as well as individual, family and group therapies. All services are personally planned for and with each patient to promote and guide each one to wellness, assist with the location and maintenance of stable housing, insurance, social security and entitlements, financial independence, reconnecting with friends and family, and giving referrals, location, and connection with other community resources that will promote recovery. Hours: Monday- Friday: 9a-6p *Closed on some holidays*
