Service Description
Engages clients with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders who have not benefitted from traditional office based, outpatient treatment. Multi-disciplinary team that includes a prescriber, therapists, nurses, entitlement and housing specialists, substance use counselors, and peer support. Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am – 4:30pm *Closed on some holidays*
