Service Description
Walk in Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8a-12 noon. Serves homeless individuals in Washington County with linkage to treatment providers for somatic and mental health services, assistance with applying for health insurance, food stamps, housing and entitlements, provisions of hygiene and clothing items (as available), and assistance obtaining birth certificates, ID cards and social security cards. Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am – 4:30pm *Closed on some holidays*
