Service Description
Services provided for youth, aged 16-25, with serious mental illness and/or emotional disturbance. Case management provided to support finding adequate housing, linkage to treatment providers, and building positive relationships with friends and family. Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am – 4:30pm *Closed on some holidays*
